Super easy to request service through the website! Updates from the service provider throughout the process. The service provider was fantastic! This was the first time we had to process a claim through USA Warranty and it was a positive experience from start to finish!

This particular service call went smoothly, service contracted "NorCal Service" of Redding Ca. did an excellent job. Arriving on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, returned as scheduled, worked fast, left no mess. A job truly well done.

American Home Shield kept me updated as my issue was moved from one repair source to another and made every effort to connect my issue with the right repair source until the issue was resolved. And it was resolved in a timely manner, thank you!

The best decision i have ever made. Its not expensive. Seriously! A small fee monthly compared to repair and replacement costs. In the past year i have had an issue with my fridge, microwave, and electrical. All repaired quickly and by some rocking professionals. USA Warranty is a must have.

We love the idea of this service. We have had mixed results thus far so consider that "average." It is expensive for our budget. It is difficult to talk to anyone in person until you get the sub-contractor. The website is key and a learning curve for me to figure out.
